“Thank you for your help in response to our letter of request for help with our heating and A/C problems. It is important to us that you and the owner of our rental house knows about what was happening. Our electric bill was becoming more than we could handle with the current economic situation.
The Wingate Heating and A/C company did exactly what they promised they would do. They replaced both the A/C unit with a brand new "heat-pump" style unit. And they replaced the main furnace with an "on-demand" style furnace such that we have the benefit of both systems on a demand type of basis. They did all of this within 8 hours on one day.
They also repaired the air exchange closet such that no heat is escaping into the attic. They repaired the duct work in the attic because some of it had to be replaced and some of it had to be repaired. We now have a much larger volume of air moving through the vents, and the heat is much better. It does not turn on nearly as much as it used to. The house is much warmer while set at the same temperature.
